Whether you arrive by car, train or air, the hotel Carlton and Grand Canal is close to your arrival point thanks to its convenient position with regards to the parking facilities at Tronchetto and Piazzale Roma, the Santa Lucia railway station and the public transport and water taxi landings.

By airplane
From the Marco Polo airport in Venice there are two ways of reaching the hotel:
- by private water taxi, you will reach the hotel directly
- by taking the Venezia Air Terminal direct bus service, you will reach Piazzale Roma in twenty minutes. From there, the hotel can be easily reached on foot in just 3 minutes by following the fondamenta which runs along the side of the Grand Canal.

By train
As you exit the railway station you will see the hotel immediately overlooking the Grand Canal: cross the Scalzi Bridge and you will reach the hotel in just 3 minutes.

By car
If you come to Venice by car, you can park in one of the numerous car parks in Piazzale Roma, the car terminal, from where the hotel can be easily reached on foot by following the fondamenta which runs alongside the Grand Canal.
